Terms of Service — effective March 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DateMyst.com website and all related services (the "Service") operated by GREXIM Daniel Maciszyn ("we", "us", "the Provider").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

The Provider does not offer telephone support. All communication is conducted electronically via email.

3. NATURE OF SERVICES — ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER

1. All content available on the Service, including Destiny Matrix analyses, Human Design reports, horoscopes, Tarot readings, and other numerological and astrological materials, is provided for entertainment, educational, and symbolic purposes only.
2. This content represents symbolic interpretation based on numerological and astrological systems and has no scientific, diagnostic, or advisory character.
3. The content does not constitute and does not replace: medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, investment, legal, or any other professional advice.
4. You acknowledge that all life decisions — including those concerning health, finances, relationships, career, or other significant areas of life — are made solely at your own risk and responsibility, regardless of any content obtained from the Service.
5. If you are experiencing health, mental health, financial, or legal issues, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional.
6. The Provider assumes no liability for any decisions, actions, or omissions made by you based on content available on the Service, nor for their consequences.

4. ACCOUNT AND USE OF SERVICE

• Registration is voluntary and free of charge. Each user may have one account.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. The Provider will never request your password.
• You may delete your account at any time from the user dashboard.
• You must not use the Service for illegal purposes, upload malicious code, or attempt to compromise the Service's security.

5. PAYMENTS

1. Available payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and other methods offered by our payment processors.
2. Electronic payments are processed by Stripe Inc.
3. All prices shown include applicable taxes.
4. For Subscriptions, payment is charged on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation means no further charges will be made, and access to premium content expires at the end of the current billing period.

6. DIGITAL CONTENT DELIVERY

1. Digital products (Destiny Matrix analyses, Human Design reports, PDF reports) are generated and delivered automatically, instantly upon payment confirmation, no later than within 24 hours.
2. You are responsible for providing a correct email address. The Provider is not liable for incorrectly entered email addresses.
3. Access to the full analysis is granted upon payment confirmation and is available in the "My Account" section.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the following exceptions:

• In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period expires, after being informed of the loss of this right.
• By purchasing digital content and consenting to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

8. THIRD-PARTY DATA

When using services that require providing another person's data (e.g., Child Matrix, Partnership Matrix), you represent that you are authorized to provide such data on behalf of that person (e.g., as a parent or legal guardian of a minor) and that you have obtained the necessary consent or are acting under parental authority.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, designs, software, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to the Provider and are protected by copyright law.
• Generated digital content (Destiny Matrix analyses, Human Design reports) is for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing without the Provider's consent is prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

1. The Service and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. The Provider's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
3. In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
4. You agree that you use the Service and rely on any astrological, numerological, or similar content at your own risk.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For users outside the European Union: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Polish Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by your local consumer protection laws.

For EU consumers: You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence shall apply to the extent they provide greater protection.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
