How can I track my ticket?
After submitting a ticket, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Logged-in users can also view their tickets in the "My Tickets" panel.
How quickly will I get a response?
We try to respond within 24 hours. On business days, response time is usually shorter.
I have a payment issue — what should I do?
Select the "Payments & orders" category and describe the issue. Remember to include your order number if you have one.
Do I need to be logged in?
No — you can submit a ticket as a guest. However, logged-in users have full access to ticket history.
