2. Cookies we use

Essential cookies (required)

They are necessary for the Service to work (login, security, cart and payment) and cannot be disabled.

  • tajemnica-daty-session: keeps the User's session. Duration: 2 hours from the last activity.
  • XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms against cross-site request forgery attacks. Duration: 2 hours.
  • cookie_consent: stores the cookie preferences chosen in the banner. Duration: 12 months.
  • remember_web_*: keeps the User logged in if they tick “Remember me” when logging in. Duration: 400 days.

Our own functional and measurement cookies

Set by the Service itself and not shared with third parties.

  • td_session: groups the visits of the same browser for the site's internal visit and purchase statistics. Duration: 30 days.
  • ab_kasa, ab_partner and ab_partner_wynik: remember the page variant assigned in design tests, so the User always sees the same version. Duration: 30 days.

Functional cookies (optional)

  • theme: remembers the color theme (light or dark) chosen by the User. Duration: 12 months.

Analytics cookies (optional)

Set only with the User's consent to analytics cookies.

  • Google Analytics (Google): visit statistics. Cookies: _ga (2 years), _ga_<ID> (2 years), _gid (24 hours) and _gat (1 minute).
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): anonymized analysis of on-page behavior (clicks, scrolling, mouse movements) and session recordings. Text entered in forms is masked automatically. Cookies:
    • _clck: stores the Clarity user ID and preferences. Duration: 12 months.
    • _clsk: combines a user's page views into a single session recording. Duration: 1 day.
    • CLID: identifies the first time Clarity saw this user on any site using Clarity. Duration: 12 months.
    • ANONCHK: indicates whether the MUID is passed to ANID (advertising). Duration: session.
    • MR: determines whether to refresh the MUID. Duration: 7 days.
    • SM: syncs the MUID across Microsoft domains. Duration: session.

Marketing cookies (optional)

Set only with the User's consent to marketing cookies. They measure the effectiveness of ads and show relevant ads on other sites.

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): ads on Facebook and Instagram. Cookies: _fbp (3 months) and fr (3 months).
  • Google Ads (Google): conversion measurement for Google ads. Cookie: _gcl_au (3 months).
  • TikTok Pixel (TikTok): ad measurement, conversions and remarketing. Cookies:
    • _ttp: measures TikTok ad performance, conversions and remarketing. Duration: 13 months.
    • tt_sessionId: identifies the session to measure conversions. Duration: session.
    • tt_pixel_session_index: counts sessions for the TikTok Pixel. Duration: session.
    • ttclid: TikTok click ID used to attribute conversions. Duration: URL parameter.

3. How to manage cookies

  • Cookie banner: on the first visit, a banner lets the User choose which categories to accept.
  • Change preferences: at any time, via the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
  • Browser settings: most browsers allow cookies to be blocked or deleted. If essential cookies are blocked, some features of the Service (for example, login or payment) may not work.

4. Legal basis

  • Analytics and marketing cookies: the User's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Essential cookies: they do not require consent because they are necessary to provide the service requested by the User; legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Storing information on the User's device and accessing it: Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej) of July 12, 2024.
