Data provided voluntarily:

- Using our services: date of birth (for Destiny Matrix and Human Design calculations), place of birth, time of birth (Human Design)
- Newsletter subscription: name, email address
- Purchases: billing information, email address
- Third-party data: When using Child Matrix or Partnership Matrix services, you may provide another person's date of birth

- IP address, browser type, screen resolution, approximate location, pages visited, time spent on pages, operating system, referring page, browser language, internet service provider
3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

4. PROFILING AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

Your date of birth is processed to generate numerological analyses (Destiny Matrix). This processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and does not constitute automated decision-making producing legal effects within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Profiling does not produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only to entities ensuring an adequate level of data protection:
- Stripe Inc. (USA) — payment processor, participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), ensuring adequate protection under Art. 45 GDPR
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) — anonymous statistical data may be transferred to the USA based on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR)
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook Pixel) — processes data based on Standard Contractual Clauses and participates in the DPF
Personal data will not be sold to third parties.
6. DATA RETENTION
- Account data: Retained for the duration of service provision. Deleted or anonymized within 30 days of account deletion or newsletter unsubscription.
- Transaction and invoice data: Retained for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired, in accordance with accounting and tax regulations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Regulatory compliance data: Up to 3 years in case of Terms of Service violations.
- Anonymous statistical data: Retained indefinitely.
