Account Deletion

You can delete your DateMyst account — including one created in the DateMyst app for Android — in three ways:

1. In the app: open Account, choose “Delete account” and confirm.
2. On the website: go to Account settings, scroll to “Delete account” and confirm with your password. If you created the account in the app and don't know the password, set one with “Forgot password”.
3. By email: write to contact@datemyst.com from the address linked to the account — we will delete it within 30 days.

What we delete: your account, profiles with dates of birth, reports and access, your chat and tarot reading history, credits and app sign-ins. An active subscription ends immediately, with no further charges.

What we keep: order and invoice data for 5 years, as required by tax law — no longer linked to an account. The mailing list is separate: unsubscribe with the link in any email.
