How to Check Order Status?
After making a payment, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page. If you want to check the status later:
- Log in to your account
- Go to “Library” (Dashboard)
- Your active reports/profiles with access will be displayed on the list
If the payment has not been registered, wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If you encounter any issues, please contact us.
