Sacral Authority is held by Generators and Manifesting Generators without a defined Solar Plexus Center. It is an immediate, bodily response: “aha!” (yes) or “no-a” (no).
How does it work?
Your body reacts instantly to impulses from the environment — questions, proposals, opportunities. The response comes BEFORE the thought — as:
- Sound — “aha!”, “hmm!”, “uhu” (yes) or “no-a”, “eee” (no)
- Feeling in the belly — warmth/expansion (yes) or contraction/emptiness (no)
- Body movement — moving closer (yes) or moving away (no)
Practice
- Ask your loved ones to pose you YES/NO questions
- Listen to your body BEFORE your mind — the sacral response is immediate
- Do not rationalize — the mind tries to “correct” the bodily response
- If there is no answer — the question is inappropriate or the timing is not right
- Practice: ask yourself simple questions throughout the day
