Payment Issue

If you encountered a problem during payment, here's what you can do:

  • Check your account balance — make sure you have sufficient funds
  • Try a different method — switch the payment gateway (TPay ↔ Stripe)
  • Clear your cache — refresh your browser or use incognito mode
  • Wait a moment — payment operators may have temporary downtimes

If the money has been deducted but you haven't received access:

  1. Wait up to 15 minutes — confirmation may be delayed
  2. Log in and check your Library
  3. If access has not appeared — contact us through the contact form, providing your order details
