If you encountered a problem during payment, here's what you can do:
- Check your account balance — make sure you have sufficient funds
- Try a different method — switch the payment gateway (TPay ↔ Stripe)
- Clear your cache — refresh your browser or use incognito mode
- Wait a moment — payment operators may have temporary downtimes
If the money has been deducted but you haven't received access:
- Wait up to 15 minutes — confirmation may be delayed
- Log in and check your Library
- If access has not appeared — contact us through the contact form, providing your order details
